The property was a little farther off my route but it had great reviews, good pricing and I liked the photos online. lt did not disappoint. It was extremely clean and comfortable and that staff professional yet friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were two restaurants I really wanted to try out that were nearby. Crepes Teahouse and Liquori Pizza. Both were fantastic. I am definitely coming this way.

Beautiful Cozy Hotel in West Springfield. The rooms are spacious and nice. The staff is the best. Amazing service at the starbucks in the lobby and a 24 hour Starbucks machine. Love to stay here every summer!

Although the accommodations were great, I have to leave a lower review due to bad experience on the second night of our two night stay. A lacrosse team and families took over the hotel and when they returned from games that night chaos ensued with kids running through the halls, and parents partying loudly in their rooms completely ignoring their kids. Hotel staff was not able to control the guests even when we voiced our concern.
