I loved that this was an easy walk to all the shopping and restaurants in Northampton. Having ample parking was also great. We were just a short drive to Amherst and Springfield as well which was convenient. This hotel was a great location. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. I enjoyed the healthy options for breakfast and the coffee was good.

Clean, modern with a great breakfast

We had a great stay. Everything you want from a hotel, even a great continental breakfast with lots of options including a waffle maker. Great quality Greek yogurt and lots of toppings for the oatmeal. The coffee island was stocked with good hot coffee that had many cream and sweetener options. Our room was very comfortable with a modern bathroom and our king room has 2 TV's that allowed connecting streaming services like Netflix.

When the reservation was booked we specified top floor not by ice or vending we got first floor by ice and housekeeping and an exit door to outside. It wasn’t bad just not what we asked for

Basic comfort

They’ve recently remodeled. I was given a new room after complaining about my terrible room last month for business. The room upgrade was nice. They still do not provide any amenities in the bathrooms for business travelers. Only soap and shampoo. The room was still loud and I could hear everyone’s conversation in the other rooms. The guest staff did not say good bye or ask how my stay was on both trips. The new decor is nice and the breakfast seemed better quality. Would be great if they took more time for small details and guest care. Also buy some small lotions for your rooms!
