Room setup was strange. Bed was set up to overlook a gas station roof and a two family house and TV was off to left side inline with the pillows. Not comfortable to watch tv and impossible for 2nd person in bed to watch tv

The building itself was freezing!! I couldn't believe how cold it was in the hallways trying to get to and from our room. And complimentary cookies, why aren't they offered every day instead of M-Th? It's nice to be offered them since the "store" is so expensive and you're paying for convenience. And I wouldn't advertise a "city view" when the view is of a car wash. That was disappointing. We liked the room but it was really outdated, the whole hotel was.

My only complaint with this stay was the location and the parking lot lighting is dim. I will say the customer service from Karanda at the front desk is top tier! Hotel staff was great as well my room was cleaned and fresh towels every other day. The breakfast was surprisingly very good as well!

Check in was quick and easy, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was perfect. The staff was beyond helpful when at 4am I asked for coffee, they went above and beyond to assist. The gym was clean and had much more equipment than I expected. AND they had a great breakfast with more exceptional coffee. Highly recommend.
