We reserved a 2 room suite (room 330) for 3 nights and there was no hot water. The water would get luke-warm at best so it was not a comfortable shower experience. We reported it to the front desk on the first day and they said they would send maintenance but we never saw anyone. Also, there were no pens or pads in the room. While this may seem a small detail, I did need to write something down and had nothing to do that with. Even lower-end hotels have pens/pads in the room and I would have expected that to be the case at least in a suite.
The breakfasts were average and there was a good selection and lots of it. It fit our need.
The beds were comfortable and the curtains were very good at blocking out the light so it was a good sleeping experience.
The hotel was also quiet so other than the shower situation, I would have no issue staying in this hotel again.
We stayed for 3 nights and they failed to clean the room and exchange towels, etc. on the second night like they told us they would. Property is older and not in the best of areas but they do try to keep the common areas clean and the staff seemed friendly.

Good hotel with bad tub
Front desk staff were very friendly. Convenient location. Room was fine. Breakfast smelled good but we didn’t stop. Bath tub would NOT drain no matter what we did to the stopper. So my husband and I ended our showers standing in deep soapy water.
The room was spacious and breakfast was pretty good, but the hotel overall was sort of dated. The fridge in pur room made a lot of noise.
I would stay here again if i needed to.
No Wi-Fi for more than 24 hours and was not told when it would be restored. Staff at the reception are indifferent.

Staff was courteous and helpful . Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Decor is very dated, Furniture and carpet are worn, torn and stained.
