Cook up a feast in the chef's kitchen or outdoor grill... shoot billiards in the upstairs library... spoil yourselves in the INDOOR HEATED POOL... take turns on the professional massage table or in the infrared sauna… watch Netflix upstairs in the double soaker tub... relax in adirondak chairs circled around the campfire pit -- This estate is perfect for group gatherings, family reunions, wedding parties, corporate retreats, or a romantic get-away for two!
NOTE: Owners Shannon & Charlie live in a backyard barndominium where they can be as available as needed but completely invisible otherwise. Amazing experience!
We had 2 families of 4.There was plenty of space for all.The house,especially the kitchen,was very well equipped.The pool was the highlight for the kids and the sauna was the perfect amenity for the adults.The host was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Beautiful large home with pool
Beautiful large home perfect for a family gathering. Older home but beautiful and quiet area. Would stay again. Nice large pool was lukewarm (apparently 84 degrees) and lots of areas to hang out in. It was a bit cold outside or we would have used the fire pit. Not many stores close by but there is a medicine cabinet in the home which was nice. Plenty of towels and paper goods. Great location. Would rent again.

Fabulous property!
The property is wonderful- especially for a family. We had 5 adults & three kids. Plenty of room for family time & alone space. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool! Property was clean & well stocked for our meal prep. It’s not too far out of Springfield but far enough got get away from the hubbub. The host was wonderful!

We gathered for a family wedding at a nearby farm, slept 21 people, hosted a rehearsal dinner for 35, and every person was absolutely delighted with this property! Shannon was incredible to work with - communicated quickly and graciously...just so very helpful! Wish we could have stayed longer!

A cozy retreat

Great experience!
Our family reunion was held in this beautiful home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to hold it. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to find a quieter place if being in the crowd was too much. The hosts are easily available if needed but things were set up so well that we didn’t need much! It is a week my entire family will remember fondly! We are thankful for such a great place to stay!

Magnificent property
This place is amazing! We have a large family and it accommodated everyone with room to spare! Loved the large kitchen and we all were able to fit around the dining table. The indoor pool was wonderful for the kids and the large yard with beautiful trees allowed them to run around and play. The hosts had thought of everything! And they are super nice and helpful! I highly recommend this property!!

Hubbard gathering
The house was perfect. 16 of my own family plus my sister and her 3 for a total of 20 under one roof. It was like being at home. Everything and more right at your fingertips for entertaining, cooking all 3 meals, to swimming for the kids. We even had our family dog. FBLA State Conference
Fantastic place to stay! Very accommodating, house is beautiful and even better in real life. We had 8 students and 2 adults for 2 nights for our FBLA state conference in Springfield. Phenomenal place to stay! Recommend highly for anyone wanting the perfect getaway. Great communication with owner, who gave us a tour in person, and quickly replied to our messages. Amazing for families! Wearing the kids out in the pool before bed is a must! Fantastic amenities for all ages. We will be staying here again soon.
