The entire premise smells like marijuana. The first room I checked into smelled like smoke so bad I had to switch. The second room- trim was falling off, the toilet worked half the time, and the entire floor smelled like marijuana. The neighbors were extremely noisy, kids running up and down the halls slamming doors all night. When asked to stop they wouldn’t. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work! I stayed for 5 nights and requested service twice, but they never even so much as emptied my trash or brought fresh towels or changed the toilet paper. Five nights. The bed had springs poking your back. I have stayed in worse hotels, but never for $120 a night. Absolutely atrocious all the way around.

Rude staff at the front desk and housekeeping is extremely noisy allowing doors to continuously slam as they are servicing rooms! The housekeeper knocked soo loud as if she was trying to bring down the door and front desk gave me keys that didn’t work and check in took a half hour due to understaffed and long lines. I was told that keys would be brought up to me since I was on the 5th floor with a cart full of my belongings and the person never came up and I had to go back down to the desk and stand in line for another 20 minutes to get new keys issued! I will NEVER stay at this property again as they are completely disorganized and don’t care about the guests comfort whatsoever and better off staying at any of the Hilton’s or Marriott properties in the area!

There was a lot going on that weekend so I understand that things can be a little edgy and maybe I was so tired that I could not tolerate any opposition to checking in. I had names on the rooms that I paid for on Hotels.com of individuals that did not come so I asked to changed the names of the occupants in two of the four rooms. At first I was told no I cannot do that. I almost lost my cool. I am standing in the lobby with two students from Simmons University that need to check into a room. Then I was told that because they have a liquor license, the 20 year old student could not check in at all. That is the craziest thing I every heard. Why not take the time to card whoever is drinking instead of forbidding them to check in. We had enough over 20 year olds to check everyone in but that whole experience left me wondering if I would every return to this hotel again. The discounted rate is not worth the hassle.

Overall totally fine stay. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Breakfast had warm and cold options, though some days options/stocking was limited. Great to have parking. The room was in need of updates: peeling wallpaper and thin towels. The bathrooms are tiny, but do come with toiletries. The mini fridge is nice to have. AC works great! Overall, the place is in need of updates, but stay was totally fine.

Tub would not drain. Was told they had no one there to fix it. Would have to wait. Showered 2 days in overfilled tub. Canceled second day stay, but When attempted to cancel both days was told money would not be refunded. Although lady was very professional at desk I am very unhappy.

This hotel has seen better days. The furniture is torn, the “wood” furniture has chipped corners and worn edges. None of the lampshades are straight. The bathroom needs to be gutted. Broken soap shelving in shower broke off and caulking slopped on. The best part is the sign with prices of what they’ll charge you if you steal the cheap towels. At $241 per night I expect way better than this and won’t stay here again

Upon or arrival after checking in we went to our room..key did not work. Went to get a new key which also did not work. A staff member had to come and let us in and we were not able to leave our room because we would not be able to get in and was told the problem could not be fixed until the morning. Very inconvenient.

Th shower spray was loose like at 4:30 pm I told the lady again like at anlmost 9’pm and that’s when she send someone to look at it . A male came to tide it up but when the shower was on was making a big noise when opened. He said if I don’t turn the shower cool it will not make noise. So basically I just took a shower almost with hot water . The bathroom had a cracked on the wall bathtub bottom he said it’s been like that it will be fine.
