The Room assigned to us on our checking did not smell good; the carpet needed a deep cleaning, and enough ventilation should have been given to the room. The couches in the rooms need replacement or cleaning as well. When we reported that the next morning, however, the receptionist at the front desk - Christina - was quite professional and moved us to a much better room. Besides that, the property is well maintained and kept in cleanliness.

Cleanliness ruined it for us.
It is an economical hotel so we weren't expecting too much but were not happy with our stay. The front desk gentlemen was pleasant and agreed to let us have a noon check out time. The room had great AC, nice pillows, good tv. HOWEVER, the room smelled bad, the floors were clearly not vacuumed, (dog food on the floor with random other things) and even though we were given a late checkout, we were still bothered THREE times by staff long before our noon checkout. We also had to buy oder/air disinfectant bc i couldn't handle the stale smell. We also bought clorox wipes bc if they don't sweep or vacuum, who knows what they didnt clean.

Awesome place to stay. Would stay again.
Checked this hotel out online while coming from Indiana. They had good reviews and the price for a king room was very good. Reserved online. Robin was at the desk to greet us. Extremely nice. Lobby smelled incredible. She was cleaning when we went out to dinner. Ihop on within walking distance. Restaurants across the road on both sides. The bed and room was very clean. Love the bed and pillows. Very comfy. Slept so good. Nice roomy bathroom. Clean. Quiet too. Free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Robyn was awesome. So nice and friendly. Air works great by the way. Parked right up to check in office. Thanks.

Great location easy access just a few minute drive to all the Springfield Attractions, pool was open and shallow (ie perfect for my young family). Clean, quiet, comfortable.
