The room was dirty and smelled bad. Lots of stains on the door, floor and walls. The tub kept clogging up to 5 inches of water every time we showered. We ignored the reviews because we had no choice - every other hotel was booked. Reschedule your trip or find another hotel/bnb - do not stay here.

We looked in 3 different rooms. Hair in bathtubs, on counters, crumbs & trash along corners of room. Would not recommend.

Tv didn’t work. Night clerk stated she would contact manager about getting some type of discount at 7. Mgt stated to me that his clerk was told that I said forget the problem. I stated that night to the clerk there wasn’t anything that could be done,so when checking out the manager read a note left by the clerk and was rude.

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. Pros: It is conveniently located right off the Westfield MA Pike exit. The beds are incredibly comfortable and a welcome respite after a long day of driving. The shower offers hot with great water pressure. The hotel is pet-friendly with a designated outside pet area. Breakfast is provided, and while it is pretty basic with hot and cold items, the waffle maker never fails to delight and the coffee was good. Areas that would benefit from attention: the shower caulking was a tad mildew and the tub drained slowly. The back exterior door was not secured- so I was glad for the deadbolt and upper lock. Staff were professional but not overly welcoming.

Check in went well, then found room to be dirty and overall not well kept. TV and phone had visible dust, window out the back had cobwebs and was not clean. I was only staying one night, so I didn't make a fuss. Then when I went to use the bathroom found the sink and shower did not drain water well. Took 30 min for shower to drain after use. Sink was the same, took about 15 to drain, Unacceptable. When told, staff said "the things you're telling me, I don't care about" and he pointed to the lobby door and told me to just leave. Staff was friendly at check in, when told about the problems during checkout he became irritated quickly and just wanted me gone. I asked for a partial refund and was told to "get out of here!" And he just turned and walked away from the desk to avoid further conversation.

It did the job for a one night stay for my boyfriend and I but we weren’t satisfied with the condition of our room. There were strands of hair left in the sink and in the bath tub that grossed us out and we did kill two spiders, one in the corner of the bedroom and one on the bathroom floor.

We checked in at 9 o'clock on a Saturday night. The room was extremely dirty. The bathroom had a used bar of soap in the show and the floor had hair and dirt on it. The rug had not been vacuumed. I went to the front desk and he offered to send along room service. It was 9:30 by now and I just wanted to go to bed. We were unable to shower the next moring due to how filthy the bathroom was.

The bathroom sink had mold, the shower had little pressure/one temperature, the heater/ac unit was unplugged when we arrived, key cards did not work both nights and there was a stain on the comforter. Would not stay at this location again.
