Renovated 2br in Springfield - close to Natalbany River

Spend your time relaxing within the city limits of Springfield on a quiet dead end street near the Natalbany River. This raised home features two bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed. Bedroom #2 has a twin over double twin bunk bed. The living room has an L shaped sofa that folds out into an extra large sofa bed. All bed linens and towels are provided. We also supply enough toilet paper, soap, etc. to get you through your first 24 hours. Outside, there are two patio sets, a propane bbq grill, and a fire pit for your enjoyment. There is plenty of free parking and even enough yard to park your flatboat if you wish. Plus- every bed has a new mattress and new pillows! Note: the guest room closet is reserved for maintenance and not accessible to guests

Fantastic place to stay!
I'm really glad I tried this place out. The area is extremely quiet and seems pretty safe. The outside of the property is set up quite well. Everything on the inside was very clean and tidy. If you have a problem climbing steps you should probably consider another options. Other than that I highly recommend this spot.

Went on a girls coworker trip and picked here bc it was only 25 mins from the Renaissance festival in hammond and could accommodate our group. Super cute, safe, clean! Idk why i would need to visit this area again, but ill stay here if needed. Easy communication with the property manager. All her suggestions were on point! The beds and pillows were the best! I even contacted her to buy my own for home. Bring some mosquito spray!

Quick Business Trip
Whenever I pick a place to stay I try to find somewhere close enough but not IN the city. This place was PERFECT for that. Was on a road with little to no traffic set off in the woods so I felt like I was on a vacation far away from the city but if I needed anything it was only a short drive away. Also drove through the cutest little small town to get there which was just lovely. Actual place was clean and well set up. The host was super easy to get a hold of if I had any questions about anything!! Next time I’m in town for business or even vacation this spot will definitely be on my list of places to stay.
