The front desk agent, Joselyn, is very friendly and helpful. I like staying at this hotel, it’s quite, clean, and their breakfast is amazing compared to other hotels. Keep it up! 😊

Liked the breakfast. Didn't like that it ends at 9:30am except on weekends. Didn't like the commode that was old, very low to the floor, & water level inside the commode was very high. Really didn't like the surprise $5 daily fee for parking. There were no signs in the parking area around the building and was not told until I was checking out. I do not recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. We loved the spacious rooms and layout of the hotel. We did run into an issue with the shower. My husband scalded himself in the shower. I recommend letting the water run before getting in so you can adjust it to a good temperature. My other complaint is the mattress. It’s very hard and was uncomfortable for me.

We’ve stayed at this property several times and always enjoyed it until this time. I purchased our stay through Expedia so our room was paid in full like every other time we’ve stayed so I thought. This time at check in the gal says we now have a $5 per day parking fee. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard of. No information about our vehicle was taken. We simply were charged an addition &5 a night. There was no tag for your car to show you were staying at the hotel. Just raise your rates by $5 so you don’t frustrate your guests. Our room I believe was an old room, smelled a bit and looked a bit run down. I will stay again but come on people get it together.

Paid for room with balcony. Checked in and was given a non balcony room had to go to front desk to have changed. Called front desk and asked about trash bags ( I cooked chicken) and did not want to use trash without a bag. Was told they didn't use trash bags. When I called, I also let front desk know about the oven and stove being dirty before I cooked. Later, I went downstairs and asked for an ice bucket and was told to use the tray in freezer. Tray was dirty, went downstairs again and asked for a bag and that it wasn't sanitary. Front desk person seemed annoyed. While I was there, I showed him pictures of cleanliness issues. He looked at pictures, aploogized but did not offer any resolution.

Great hotel with good breakfast
This hotel was a very good value for money. They provided a lot of fresh fruit for breakfast, grapes, strawberries and a blueberry compote, alongside the standards of hot and cold cereals, hardboiled and scrambled eggs etc. They offered a fun quiche and make your own waffles. Do try the chocolate scone! The room was clean and comfortable. Sure the couch was a but worn, but people are so picky. We would return here, if in the area again.

One of the best Residence Inn's we've ever stayed at. Very spacious, clean, quiet and a super comfortable bed. Typical breakfast fare but still a nice bonus! This was just a quick one night stay on our way elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again

My husband and I enjoyed this stay. The lighting in the rooms was minimal, which is odd. But the rooms were very nice, very clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, overall we were very satisfied.

This hotel seemed great based on reviews, we arrived on time for check in, asked if we wanted first or second floor. Opted for 2nd floor and we found our door. Upon walking in, there was dirty on the floor, and the pull out sofa bed was covered in crumbs and loose change, as well as under the sofa bed on top of the black trundle base, there was half a marker and weird crumbled paper trash. The unit was missing the proper bedding for the pull out bed, no biggie, called down and asked for a second pillow as only one was in the unit for the sofa bed. The pillow arrived with a weird pink stain on the pillowcase. Gross, but after calling they sent up a new pillowcase and the attendant helped us change the pillow case. The outdoor pool was very dirty, several weird rocks at the bottom as well as bugs and weird hair in the pool. We didn’t attempt the hot tub. The rest of the stay seemed normal up to check out day. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 11 am to ask if we were still in the unit. Check out wasn’t until 12PM, and we definitely felt rushed at that point to hurry and pack to leave. Overall we really didn’t have an amazing experience, and would rate this establishment closer to a budget hotel, on an expensive hotel budget. Based on our experience we definitely won’t be back.
