staff was great and a good breakfast. generally very clean. room toilet flush broke, door lock mechanism faulty, worked sometime and maintenance man off for 3 days,bathroom light and fan did not function

Came up to visit my niece ( George Mason ). The location was excellent, right across from Springfield Town Center and less than 5 minutes from 95. The rooms were extremely outdated. Front desk was very polite and helpful

Dirty and lack of attention to detail! Heating system did not work. Office chair on rolling wheels- no rug dangerous! Sat in chair to put on my shoes and it rolled out from under me and hit my head hard on steel leg of roller chair. Bump the size of orange on back of head!

I enjoyed my stay at the wyngate, when I first arrived, the lady at the desk was very abrupt, not a good start, but my room looked nice. As you stayed in the room, you started to notice little things like molding, coming off the edges of shelves peeling paint a weird black stain on the ceiling, holes in the curtain where people tried to pin it closed it won’t stay closed… And for the first three nights, the sheets were really, really rough, felt very polyester. But then I went to breakfast, which was lovely. Nice bacon and eggs and waffles, and hot tea. God bless. Most of the maintenance staff were very helpful and friendly. This led to a feeling of welcome-ness… On the third day of my day, they changed my sheets and they were butter soft! They were amazing. Overall, I would say I enjoyed my stay. A rough start but a good finish.
