We were greeted with the most wonderful assistance at registration. Room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the mountains. Breakfast was always good and the gentleman taking care of you was outstanding

Overall we had a nice visit. There was some evidence of deferred maintenance in our room (section of drywall & tile supporting the in-room jacuzzi is falling apart; the shower door struggles to close, and does not stay closed)

Horrible disgusting room. Probably not a smart idea to have faux wood floors. Family above sounded like elephants. Had to get new keys daily. Shower was moldy. Front desk never answered the phone. No elevator. Worst place I have ever stayed at
