The View Luxury Hilltop Living
WELCOME to our Springville home. We hope you enjoy "The View". Our spacious hilltop home is situated on 2 1/2 acres located in Springville's Montgomery Ranch. With 3,400 square feet of custom luxury design, you'll have unparalleled 360 degree views to enjoy. Every room has custom windows designed to bring the beauty of the area from the outside to the inside. As you enter the home through custom-built leaded glass doors, marble tile leads into the dining room that boasts an ornate crystal chandelier and looks out on the scenic countryside and majestic mountains.
This home was built in 2006 and offers many extras that you would find in a luxury home: jacuzzi bath, built-in TV hidden behind the master bath mirror, "Morning Kitchen" --microwave oven and mini refrigerator located in the master bathroom, marble fireplace located in the master bedroom, custom built fireplace in living room, large windows to take advantage of the splendid mountain views, and many more extras. Everything in this home is custom designed for luxury living. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to settle in and enjoy your stay. Coffee, tea, dishes, cooking utensils, spices and oils, and every kitchen appliance you will need are available for your use. Please feel free to use them all. They are provided for your enjoyment.
WIFI is provided and the TVs are equipped with Netflix for your enjoyment. Other streaming apps are available through the Amazon Firestick remote. Feel free to log in to your own services through other apps. The house is wired for whole house music which can be heard in most rooms as well as on the outside patios.
Our home is a four-bedroom home. Each bedroom is en suite with its own bathroom. The primary bedroom has a California King bed with a power adjustable bedframe, while each of the other bedrooms have queen beds. We have two blow up mattresses available to use if needed (best suited for children), along with a pack-n-play and high chair.
We have a huge outdoor living area with two patios, a barbecue, patio dining table, comfortable patio furniture, and a large yard. Our oversized 3-car garage has been turned into a game room with an electronic dart board, ping pong table, pool/air hockey table, and one garage space for a car. There are children's games, hoola hoops. and a motorized kids tractor. There is room for plenty of parking in front and on the side of the house as well as a parking area to the side of the driveway as you come up the hill.
There are many things to do in this beautiful part of California. We are right around the corner from River Island Golf Course, only minutes away from Lake Success and Eagle Mountain Casino. It's just a short drive to the quaint town of Springville, home of the Apple Festival and several eateries and coffee shops. Not to mention, we are the perfect base for day trips to Yosemite, the Giant Sequoias, and Balch Park or Camp Nelson. The town of Porterville is only a 15 minute drive where you will find restaurants, several Starbucks, a movie theater, bowling alley, grocery stores (Aldi's is only 10 minutes at the bottom of the hill), and other shopping (Walmart, Kohl's, Target, Home Depot, etc.)'
Our home would be a beautiful space for wedding groups or guests that are enjoying the wedding accommodations of River Island Country Club or The White Barn in Springville. It would also be a great place to get families together for an enjoyable, fun family reunion. We hope to host you soon!
House Rules
1. Communication is key! Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. The home best fits 8 adults and 4+ children. Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstance.
3. No parties! We know this home holds a lot of people, but we still request that you respect it as if it's your own. This is a luxury accommodation. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, etc.), and game room amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If you don't agree with our above rules, please let us find you a home that better fits your needs and we'll all be happier! With the exception of things out of our control, we'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Be a good neighbor! Never leave trash outside where it will attract wild animals. Please quiet down by 10pm, which is the city ordinance.
Important to Note:
Due to severe weather during the winter of 2023, the golf course and access to the National Forest are temporarily closed.
Limited National Park access via Three Rivers is accessible. Be sure to plan your activities accordingly. Visit https://www.nps.gov/seki/planyourvisit/conditions.htm (updated Summer 2023)

We are available from 8am-9pm by messaging through the app or calling/texting the Customer Service phone number provided in your check-in instructions. If you believe you'll need assistance outside of those hours, we will arrange it.
While we’re not always available in person, we have a team in Springville available if necessary.
Getting Around
We suggest using your own vehicle to get around, though Uber and Lyft are available. If heading up to the National Forest during the winter, we recommend taking tire chains, a shovel, and extra water in your vehicle.
Things to Know
A concrete driveway leads up to the house where you will find ample parking, including enough space for a boat if you've come to enjoy Lake Success.
Rattlesnakes are native to this area. While we've never seen any on our property, be aware of your surroundings while enjoying the outdoor space.
Please note that this community runs on shared wells. At times there may be low water pressure or very little water in the mornings.
