No 65 + No 67 are two x 2 Bed properties in one building. The apartments have been refurbished to a very high standard and we maintain a strict COVID 19 cleaning policy.
Modern décor and furnishings make the place bright and airy. Gas central heating, fitted kitchen, washing machine/fridge freezer. TV in Lounge. Computer desk. Fully enclosed rear garden. Lots of walks in the area.
The space
Property is on the second floor accessed by an external staircase in a communal hallway. There are only two properties located in the building and the door to the street is locked so only guests have access.
Free Wi-Fi and workspace.
The property has two bedrooms - King bed in one room and a Double Bed in the other. Beds will be fully stripped and remade with fresh linen including mattress protectors, quilts and pillows. Each guest will have their own supply of fluffy white towels. An additional bed (on request) can be made available for the Lounge Area as well as a High Chair and Travel Cot.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans including a wok. We will also leave a supply cleaning materials.
The bathroom boasts an excellent modern shower and complimentary Eden toiletries are included.
The rear garden is fully enclosed and is a complete sun trap. There is also a whirly gig to dry clothes.

Guests have sole access to the top floor flat.
Hallway and garden are shared with the occupants of the ground floor holiday home.
