This condo is an ocean front, 3rd floor, and corner unit with awesome views of the beach and sunrise from the balcony and both bedrooms. This unit has upgraded bathrooms, kitchen appliances, Keurig, and full size washer/dryer in the unit.
Located in the beach front St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort, this unit is just steps from St. Augustine Beach. This roomy condo includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 in the 1 king size bed, 2 twin beds, and queen size pull-out sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms and family room have flat screen TVs. A convenient elevator offers easy access to this third floor property, situated in close proximity to the wooden boardwalk to the beach.
St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort has two swimming pools (one pool is heated during the winter months), four tennis courts, two pickleball courts, and five hot tubs.
St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort is located within walking distance or short drive to many of St. Augustine Beach's restaurants, bars, shops, putt-putt golf, and grocery stores. Such a lovely seaside escape!
We spent a wonderful 13 days at Rob and Jane's condo! Even with just the two of us, having space to spread out was most helpful, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and lots of lounging space in the living room and seaside balcony. Breakfasts on the balcony were wonderful, setting up camp on the beach was easy and convenient, and we discovered several wonderful restaurants in the beach area! We would recommend the condo to anyone wanting some time away in oceanside peace and quiet!

Our family of 5 had a great time. Condo, though a little dated, had everything we needed (including beach chairs) and the location/view can’t be beat! Boardwalk to the beach is literally steps from the condo and third-floor provides a gorgeous view. One of the nicest beach condos we have ever stayed in ..and we go to St Augustine often and have been going for 25+ years . Absolute perfection, couldn’t have asked for better . In addition, before our arrival, there was some slight confusion about the unit and the owner responded QUICKLY after we reached out and clarified it for us.We will be back ….five star all the way !

It was overall very good. A couple of little things for maintenance: exhaust fan in 2nd bathroom didn’t work and toilet paper holder in Primary bathroom would occasionally fall off. We would come back to this unit again!
