Wonderful

The carpets were super old and dirty. The room we had (#10 Nightingale) was falling apart. I can’t believe we paid $300 a night for that. Immediately upon seeing our room, we walked to the Casa Monica to see if they availability so we can loose our money at the Agustin Inn, but they were booked. The only highlight is that the bed was comfortable. You can’t control the A/C. The tub knobs for cold water unscrew off when you try to turn it, the hot water knob is broken, the shower head kept falling on us, the sink was gross and not to mention the Ac vent. You can’t open the window because it’s nailed shut. It’s sad because the location is amazing. I would never stay here again unless it has a major, and I mean MAJOR, renovation. See the pics for yourself. And I only took a couple pics because my husband was so grossed out.

There is an outside bar right underneath our room with music all day, but it stops at 10:00 pm.
The location is excellent. Our room was not ready at checkin and we were right next to the stage of a Pub. They did stop playing at 10pm. The room was very clean and the kitchen staff for morning breakfast were very pleasant!
We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay while in St. Augustine. Barbara at the front desk was so welcoming and informative. The room was a great size and very comfortable. The location was 10/10, it was so nice to be close enough to walk to everything. We’ll definitely be back!
Quaint, perfect location, clean, friendly service, delicious breakfast and very comfortable!

Stay at Augustin Inn
Bed was very comfortable. Hosts were nice. Had nice robes for guests, so that was nice. According to my partner, breakfast was on the small side for proportions. I thought it was odd that breakfast wasn't served until 8:30. Unfortunately, the TV had a vertical black line that interfered with picture. Toilet seat should be replaced as it had signs of wear. Jacuzzi tub was nice; however, it should be replaced as it also showed signs of wear. The music from cafe next door was extremely loud that even ear plugs (which were provided in room) did not help. All in all, for the price per night, I expected more high quality amenities. Probably won't go back.
It was nice but there was a band playing nearby that made it hard to take an afternoon nap. Sounded like it was right outside our window. Amenities were limited compared to our stay at another B&B the night prior nor as well kept/maintained.
Excellent location! I have to say the location of the inn was the best thing. The inn backs up to the pub next door, so if you plan to sleep before midnight, you might want to rethink it. Otherwise it’s a great place and I would highly recommend.

Property is located in heart of historic district with shops across the street and restaurant/bar next door. The bar music can be heard from Room 7 until 11 pm. It's not a quiet property. Good if you want the nightlife. Parking is difficult. Requires a parking pass and parking lot 2 blocks away from the inn. Overall, the room was nice. The bed was really comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was relaxing once the jets drowned out the band music. The breakfast wasn't traditional as listed on website. The breakfast was a biscuit and gravy. I wasn't that impressed. I think the breakfast and cookies could be better. I like mini fridges in room and access to a microwave but kitchen closed off so no use of plates or silverware. Best overall is location. It was an okay stay for me.
The room was nice, as was the staff, and fancy breakfast. Do note that this is in the historic district, villiage type area, so you do have to get a parking pass at check in and drop off your bags and park a couple blocks away.
