Bryn Mawr Ocean Resort -A gated community loaded with amenities!

Bryn Mawr Ocean Resort is an ocean front gated campground community featuring tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, a playground, horse shoes, dog park, adult hot tub, swimming pool, seasonal bingo and the ocean! It is one of the last campgrounds left in Florida that is located directly on the ocean. Enjoy the feel and uniqueness of old Florida combined with all the modern amenities of your own park model cabin. Park right in front of your vacation home, no elevators!

Site 63 has a large unobstructed deck where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze, take a nap or read a book. A walk through the park will take you to one of four walkways to the beach or cool off in the huge pool located close to our unit. Our newest park addition is a second swimming pool that is heated with a separate hot tub-for those staying with us in cooler weather.

The park is very pet friendly as we are too, but we cannot accept dogs over 25lbs.

pleasant getaway spot for 2

All was comfy & cozy. Well stocked kitchen with all the necessities we forgot ! Enjoyed sitting on the deck . We will visit again when we have some better weather and can sit on the beach !!!

Lovely property right by the beach!

It was great to be so close to the beach as well as lots of other activities. The beach house is so cute and had everything we needed, and the owner was easy to communicate with and on top of everything. Excellent stay!!

Property is clean and well managed. Beach is beautiful and not crowded, walk to the beach is not bad. The family pool is very nice. This is our 2nd trip staying at * 63 and hope to be back. The owners are excellent easy to communicate with.

Our stay was wonderful. The place is very cozy, nice and well set up for a great time at the beach. Property owner Steve is very nice and it seems like his priority is for the guests to have a great time. Would highly recommend this place to stay at.

Wonderful Stay in a "home away from home"

Loved my little place by the ocean!! It was just what I needed to get away from some sad situations at home. I was able to rest, relax, be by the ocean or go to the pool...get delicious foods within minutes of my "home". The home was clean, well furnished and I felt so comfy there...if I had my furbabies with me, I might not have left. Dealing with Stephen was like dealing with a friend. He was funny, leant an understanding ear and I knew if I needed anything, all I had to do was ask. I'll definitely rent this unit again and again.

This rental is everything the ad says. Steve was an excellent host. The rental was immaculate and very well set up. Plenty of dishes, pans etc. the beach and heated pool were an easy walk. Lots of area restaurants. Internet was very weak and needs improvement.

Beach & porch - win win

We’ve rented from Stephen I think 3 times now & each time he has added a few more “touches” to his property so that his guests enjoy their stay. It really is the perfect place for us whether it be just me or me & the hubs. There really were no downsides.

Sweet homey cottage by the beach!

We have never stayed in a rv park or park model home, but we absolutely loved it. The whole place is clean, cute, and family friendly. We loved the pool, the property is beautiful, and our home had everything that was promised and more. We slept well, it was always quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was set with everything we needed to cook and grill. The huge covered porch increased our space and we loved having dinner and watching the rain out there. It was just perfect for our little getaway, and we could walk or drive right up to the beach. Beautiful, easy, we would love to stay again! Safe and affordable!

Love this getaway! This is our second time staying here. The property is extremely clean and the Stephan js easy to reach if there is anything you need. Will definitely be back again and always spreading the word about this little piece of paradise.

It was clean and well stocked. Steve was very responsive to our questions when we first arrived, which got our stay off to a great start. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and feeling the ocean breeze. I recommend staying here. We will be back.

Restful home and great location

Our 1st Vrbo experience and it was wonderful! Stephen gave detailed guidance.Home was as advertised and even better in that area was quiet for a great night’s sleep and just relaxing and reading on the porch; beaches clean with easy, multiple access. Adorable!! COMFORTABLE & CLEAN!!

We absolutely loved every second of our stay here!! Stephen was fantastic to work with. EXCELLENT communication before, during and after our stay. We HIGHLY recommend this host. The park has great amenities & a very manageable walk to the beach. Our host thought of everything to make our stay more than comfortable. The bed was just perfect for us. The kitchen was very well appointed. We like to cook for ourselves most of the time and we had everything we needed. There was even a nice supply of seasonings in the cupboard. This is an older park model mobile home that is VERY clean and is decorated super cute! It’s was a very cozy, happy feeling space. If you are looking for a super modern, big place… this may not be right for you. We love to “glamp” so this was PERFECT for us. So much so that we are already planning our next visit and feel we have found our home away from home. Thank you Stephen!!
