It maybe called Budget Inn, but the room was clean with a comfortable bed with personable management. Love that it is located within a 10 minute walk to old St. Augustine over the bridge. Once parked at the Inn there’s no need to drive.

Staff very friendly, even called me when they found a shirt I had left in room. Bed was comfortable and quiet. Only down side was room smelt like an ashtray when AC kicked was even worse. But I would stay again as smell was caused by a careless previous tenant and not the fault of the staff.

Overall very clean, did wake up with bug bites I don't remember getting night before but could've been gnats while walking? Only issue was shampoo and soap dispensers empty in room, discovered too late to ask front desk. I let them know on card sleeve so I expect that's fine now. I can see staying there again, it was very reasonably priced.

a stay within my Budget & close to attractions.
The location is nice. It’s walking distance to Castillo de San Marcos, St. George St, Flagler College and Lightner Museum, which save money on parkings. The hotel is average and modern at the same time. The floors are tiles and the showers are spacious and fully tiled. However it’s wall unit a/c.

This property is a motel. I loved the convenience of my truck right outside of my door for loading and safety. The grounds were extremely clean and I felt safe at night sitting in the courtyard watching the street life. You can walk to the Lions Bridge and the lighthouse is literally right down the street. This is an older property with less opulent furnishings but plenty of savings, safety and peace of mind. Great location for a quick stop to shower and rest. Rooms include fridge and microwave which also helped with food costs!! I would absolutely recommend with the understanding that this place is for convenience not luxury,

I was worried about how far it would be to walk across the bridge (traveled without a car) and it really is only about a ten-minute walk to old town st. Augustine. I traveled alone and felt very safe. There were many restaurants close by, though I never tried any of them. I also walked to the lighthouse which was maybe 20 minutes. I actually loved crossing the bridge every day and returning to the hotel, it was a nice closure, with the lions, the threshold guardians protecting my way. The staff was kind and supportive. My room was clean and I had everything I needed, though i could have used more closet space (no closet really, just a hanging rod pretty short). but that certainly did not detract. Also the air-conditioning was excellent! A great experience for a less expensive hotel, I highly recommend!
