Quiet safe area
Very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to historic part of St Augustine. Extra charge for parking but reasonable. Large clean breakfast area.

Parking youare charged for parking. If you pay for the night why are you being charged for parking. If you say no to the charges where are you suppose to park. You get charge for parking but the hotel is not responsible for any thing that happens to your car There should not be no charge for parking your clients need to park on the property when a room is rented for the night

This is a rather new property and it shows. The staff are super-nice and professional. The beds are comfortable and the room was spotless. The location is super-close to the action in the Historic District, yet not in the thick of the traffic. I will definitely stay here again when visiting St. Augustine.

Newer hotel, great location and clean. My husband & I stayed for 4 nights and the room was spacious & comfortable. Most hotel staff were friendly & very accommodating. Wish we didn’t have to pay the $10/day parking. Breakfast selection was adequate. It would have been nice if the scrambled eggs was serve separately from the meat for vegetarian hotel guests. The main breakfast area staff could have been more tactful and not so abrasive relating to breakfast ticket. Overall it was a great stay.
