The owners have provided everything you need for a fabulous getaway, including starter shampoo/conditioner/soap/sunscreen in the baths, folding beach chairs, beach umbrellas, 10x10 folding beach canopy, beach sand toys, beach towels, boogie boards, 4 tennis racquets & 4 pickleball racquets & balls, beach cooler, and even a convenient folding cart for taking everything down to the beach through the elevator! The large dining table will seat 8 comfortably, plus there are 4 counter-height barstools at the kitchen bar. The COFFEE BAR features both a "Ninja" brand specialty coffeemaker AND Keurig Coffeemaker, and is perfect for your morning java or as an adult beverage bar in the evenings. For the little ones, we provide a high chair, sink step-up stool, baby changing pad, baby wash tub, and Pack n' Play. Each bathroom features a shower with detachable, hand-held shower head (no bathtubs on-site). Sorry, no pets, due to HOA rules and guest allergies. HURRY! Magical Oceanfront Stay with Stunning Views
We had an absolutely magical stay at this adorable condo! The space was beautifully furnished and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The highlight was the stunning ocean view—waking up to breathtaking sunrises and watching dolphins each morning through the binoculars provided by the thoughtful host was such a treat.The condo was decorated with a lovely Christmas tree, adding a festive touch that made our stay even more special. We loved taking peaceful walks on the beach, which was just steps away.The location was perfect, too—just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine, where we enjoyed the enchanting Nights of Lights. This place is a little slice of paradise, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and magical getaway.

Perfect location close to everything yet out of the fray! Listening to the ocean waves from the patio deck was amazing. Only about 2 miles to most of St Augustine’s attractions and fantastic restaurants.

Mike and Karyn went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! Mike met us at the condo to give us a tour and Karyn made us cookies. This was one of the best spots we’ve stayed in. Perfect week
This was our second visit to this amazing property!! Without a doubt, the most well equipped VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful condo!! We spent hours on covered porch drinking coffee watching dolphins and the beach is just steps away. It really could not have been more perfect. Communication with the owners was fabulous. Can’t wait to come back.!!

Direct view of the ocean, easy access to the beach and pool, 5 minutes from stores. No crowds. So quiet you can just listen to the birds and watch people playing with their dogs on the beach. What more could we ask for?

Beautiful Condo on Vilano Beach
Our condo at Seawatch was gorgeous and fully stocked with everything we needed for a 6 week stay. The views of the ocean and beach were spectacular. Its proximity to St. Augustine was convenient and we enjoyed the many things you can do in this historic city. The restaurants were great with a wide range of culinary options. Great trip to St. Augustine
This property and the owners were great! The unit was clean as can be, had beautiful views and the owners really made sure eyou had all the basics you needed there. Tons of toilet paper, paper towel, coffee filters, dishwasher and laundry supplies and more. It was so nice to check in and not immediately have to run to the store for basics like that. Many places I've stayed have a "starter pack" of those items but this had all we needed for our whole 8 day stay. Also they had a pack and play and high chair for our 2 yr old which saved on the packing we needed to do!

Perfect vacation!
My family had a wonderful stay at C-Scape! This was without a doubt, the most well equipped VRBO we have ever stayed at. The owners have thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need or want. The condo was beautifully decorated and the view overlooking the ocean from the patio was amazing. We watched the sun come out, the dolphins playing and just got lost watching the waves. The location was great.. 5 minutes into St Augustine . Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us! The perfect beach condo!
This was our second time staying at this property and we just love it! Excellent location: walking distance to grocery store and a couple of restaurants and minutes away from St. Augustine. Views of the beach are unbeatable and you can walk north on the beach for miles or south about a mile. The property was spotless and it is stocked with just about everything you might need for your stay. Mike was wonderful to deal with and he responded right away to our inquiries. We definitely hope to be back!

Welcoming, Light-filled Stay
The condo felt like home while being at the same time much nicer than any home I've ever lived in. It was full of light and felt comfortably spacious for its size. The best part was the large oceanfront balcony with patio furniture we could stretch out on while we gazed upon the wide expanse of the Atlantic. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I want to add for those who may have mobility issues. I use a walker and had little trouble with this condo. It has a stair-free path to the elevator to take you to the 3rd floor condo. There are steps to get down to the beach, but the view from the balcony was so great that I didn't miss not going down there. The condo is also close to some handicap accessible public beaches that allow vehicles to drive on them. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower with a showerhead/hose combination. I only wished for a grab bar in the shower. The shower was large enough to accommodate the bath bench I brought.
