Perfect for 2 couples..Beautifully decorated.. beds were comfortable..kitchen was amazing... In a great location... were were throughly impressed with this rental. The only thing it might need is Black out curtains in the front bedroom...

Nice place Uptown. Easy walk to Old Town attractions.
We’re two Snowbirds who enjoy history. This house is located close to it all. We stayed for two months and enjoyed the house and location very much. The host is very responsive, acting quickly to any question or issue. Great place, great location, great host. We hope this house will be available when we return to Saint Augustine. Warning: there’s a new Ice Cream Shop opening up in front of this property. The shop owners are very friendly and outgoing. Staying in this house could prove to be fattening…but you’ll have a great time!

This home was very comfortable and great location to enjoy the many historic sites of St. Augustine. Traffic was terrible over the weekend but the location of the home allowed us to get around easily on foot and avoid all the traffic headaches. William was very easy to communicate with. William was extremely helpful with our stay. Don’t hesitate to call him. Location was very close drive to downtown, shopping and light house. So much living space. Great Thai restaurant right next door! Lighting in living room could have been better on my old eyes and a full length mirror would be nice in bath or bedroom. We loved our birthday celebration stay!

Very nice rental in great location if you want both the historic district and the beach. Could not have asked for a cleaner more well-appointed property. Lots of nice touches; filtered water, Kleenex in most rooms, plenty of towels, coffee, - too many to mention everything. There is a well-cared for community cat that hangs around the property and made us feel right at home as we are cat parents and cat lovers. She kept her distance and was not a problem but was there.

Girls getaway
The bungalow was very easy to find. It's in a great location, just outside of the hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to walk if you choose. Nice that there are two bathrooms in the house. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing. We didn't cook, so I cannot comment on what's available, but it certainly looked well equipped. Perfect spot a girls long weekend getaway!

There was a bad smell in the back bathroom. We heard noises at night like critters chewing. Maybe that was the smell. Otherwise comfortable beds & seating in living room. The oven did not work after he came to fix it.

Great Place to Stay!
The rental is a few minute walk to historic St. Augustine. It is a warm and welcoming house. The renovations are well done. One customer service perk that is a pet peeve of mine: It isn't a VRBO's that locks up 1/4 of the rooms and has cameras in the house. They offer more than one or two pods for the dishwasher, more than 1 roll of toilet paper . They actually supply dawn soap! Most VRBO's I've rented supply a tiny bottle a quarter filled. I don't expect these items to be completely supplied through out the entire stay. But after a day of traveling it is nice to be able to relax for at least a day instead of immediately making up a shopping list, locating the nearest store to stock up on the basics of toiletries etc... I've been staying at hotels more and more often because from communication to stay I feel like an intruder, not a guest. But not this stay. And last but not least, great customer service. They are flexible, amenable. The customer service experience was definitely one of the best, from initial communication to responding to texts. Check in was simple and easy. Any questions I had they responded right away. Definitely recommend.
