Really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Staff was incredibly nice and friendly. Restaurant was good. Only “complaint” is I wish beach front hotels/resorts etc would put detachable shower heads in all rooms, not just handicap.

First time staying here and I will definitely be back soon! The staff at checkin was very friendly, shared information about the resort and best parking options for me to get to my room. The pool/beach entrance area is a great place to hang out - with the ocean view and live music it was hard to go back to your room. The room was very clean with lots of space, extra towels and pillows. I can’t say enough about my stay, it was a great experience!

Overall the trip was amazing. The beach was great. However i expected a resort to offer any type of room service. They do not. There was not a spa or anywhere choose to have the types of extras i expected from a "resort." It was an average hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Guy Harvey Resort in St. Augustine beginning with Karen checking us in all the way through checkout. Guy Harvey is an older property but the room was clean and quiet and exceptionally welcoming for travelers with pets. Beach is beautiful, very wide, and not crowded during our October stay. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Downtown St. Augustine is only about 10-15 minute drive. We hope to return soon!

Staff was excellent and accommodating for us and our twin 5 year old boys. Pool/Bar/Restaurant staff couldn't have been nicer. Front desk was quick with any request. Location was excellent, pool was clean and the beach was only steps away. Only complaint was that we didn't stay longer. We will be back.

We absolutely loved this small but mighty resort. The hotel was very very clean. The walking distance to the beach was convenient. The food at Santiago’s was outstanding and entrees large enough to share. Housekeeping everyday. Friendly staff and very helpful! Clean pool.

Overall this was a very nice hotel. Had problem with Wi-Fi connection during part of our stay. Also saw palmetto bug in the room. Restaurant was excellent. Great service and great food at dinner and breakfast.
