We enjoyed our stay here. The pool area was nice and access to the beach was wonderful. Our room was good and the beds were comfortable. There is a good restaurant at the property and other choices nearby. It's very close to a grocery store. The staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. It seems to be an older facility so the rooms and hallways show that. I would stay here again. Good price for stay!

This is a very well run hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. Plenty of people about cleaning and doing maintenance tasks and the property reflects that. We especially liked the ceramic tile flooring in the room, no walking on carpet that was cleaned, maybe some time in the past? Plenty of towels in the bathroom, and they were soft!

Our biggest issue was how loud it was. I guess the walls are paper thin. People walking down the hallway late at night and kids yelling, well it woke us up out of a sound sleep and we are pretty deep sleepers. Maybe some awareness about “After 11pm be mindful of your neighbors” type thing.

Very charming property, our room is very spacious and has a beautiful balcony view with an ocean view. There is a microwave, safe and TV (though we haven’t watched anything). The property is clean and well kept and it’s Guy Harvey themed with incredible artwork throughout. The store in the lobby is incredible.

On the beach, which was nice. An easy drive into St Augustine. The mattress was comfortable. Be aware that this location is very popular with dog owners. Lots of dogs. Fortunately, there wasn’t any barking at night, and there was no dog odor. Overall a good place to stay. If we come back during cool weather, we’ll probably stay in St Augustine.

Very outdated, not a true resort
Check in was extremely slow with only one person working. The “resort” is one step above a motel. There was not anything to do while on the premises, amenities are scarce. The rooms are very outdated and have that close to the beach smell. The staff was friendly. We booked this hotel based on the rating and the photos, both being very misleading. The price was not worth it. The company has clearly not put any money into this property for a long time.

Good hotel great location
The hotel is clean, great, direct access to the beach. The room, although clean felt a bit small, but comfortable nevertheless. Located centrally to all the go to locations in St Augustine. The only downside, the dryers are stained with crayon and it aill stain your clothes, otherwise the laundry facility is free of charge. Will return and next time will book a full beach view.

The rooms in the first floor are extremely dated and feel a little dirty - tile floor throughout the room just feels uncomfortable. Small bathroom vanity is extremely uncomfortable for a family. The pictures on Expedia for the room are not truly reflective of the rooms. Those pictures project a clean and updated room which is not the case. The restaurant and lobby area is nice.

Room was cozy and quiet for sleeping. Beds were very comfortable. Only complaint was no coffee bar in the early morning. Hotel restaurant opened at 7:30 and charged for coffee.
