Nice hotel and staff but charging me $20 extra for a normal parking space on their surface lot is a slimy business practice. Especially since the charge was not revealed until after I reserved the room! Really do not like this business practice.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 children in October 2024. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good too. Very convenient to historic downtown and close to the Fountain of Youth and Old Jail. Would definitely stay here again!

smelled good in lobby, was much better than the hotel i checked into a couple days before. was clean, tv did keep turning black while watching the game. you do have to pay $20 for parking though and any other vehicles u dont pay for will get towed. other than that it was a nice hotel, would stay there again.

everything good except for breakfast which very good. some of the staff helpers not to nice NEXT the $20 charge for parking that's not right at all I did not pay attention to that when I booked the stay . reading the reviews I learned the $20 for parking is per night no no no no when you to the historic district you have to pay for parking , well this is understandable

Left Orlando ahead of a major hurricane. Fast and perfunctory check-in. Elevators did smell strongly of wet dogs which could be easily fixed. Bedroom was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have bacon/sausages (just sausage gravy) and had to ask for cream cheese but other than that was well replenished which was impressive considering how busy the hotel was. Adding tea options and hot chocolate would have been a bonus and the usual for the price. Unfortunately didn’t get to see the area since we were driving on to Georgia but there seems to be plenty to do.
