We stayed here for a girls trip. We stayed in the two room suite. The room was actually a loving/kitchen area/bathroom with a bed and then one bedroom/bathroom which was fine for us. The staff was great. The location was convenient to downtown. I feel like the hotel location is borderline “good” area but we did not have any issues. Our only complaint about the room was the bed/pillows. The beds are VERY worn and should have been replaced a couple years ago. The pillows were extremely flat, pretty much nothing was under your head.

Great place

Great place! This is the second time staying here and had a wonderful experience. Hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are efficient and friendly. I was traveling with my family and they upgraded our room as a courtesy! When we arrived they were having a happy hour but there wasn’t much left to snack on. The manager noted our disappointment and approached us. She invited us to choose any snack from the store. This is the kind of small gestures that are appreciated and not often found. I definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting St Augustine!

Just within walking distance of the old town attractions. Good sized rooms. Beds were not of high quality, but suitable. There is only Valet parking available at the hotel.

Nice spacious guest room. Clean modern design. The locations is not very pedestrian friendly, but walkable to historic areas. Parking was expensive, considering it is located in an area on the edge of town. The front desk hands out free bottled water which I thought was odd until I tasted the tap water. Free breakfast was average. Would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby other than during breakfast.

The night we checked in the front desk employee was quite rude. One night no hot water. The breakfast Buffett the eggs and sausage weren't hot and the toasters didn't work well at all. The bedding didn't fit the bed at all kept coming off.

Front desk staff does not feel welcoming at all. Room was ok. Bathroom had dust all over and we found a dog food pebble on the floor (we did not have a pet with us). Music that plays throughout the property was very loud from 6 am to midnight, and we could not sleep (we faced pool area, and sound was coming from there). Windows do not have any sound proofing. Valet parking is very incovenient as there is only one or two guys working, so if there is a multiple people coming/leaving you might end up waiting quite a bit to get to your car.
