Summary:
Stay in the center of it all at The Studio on Saint George Street, a pedestrian-traffic only street in the heart of downtown St. Augustine. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the town come alive as shops and restaurants open for the day. Venture out and explore historic St. Augustine, which is all within walking distance of the apartment. There is a nearby parking spot included with your reservation.

The Space:
The studio is furnished with a smart TV, king sized bed and full sized convertible sofa, perfect for small children or a single adult. The kitchenette space is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker and mini-fridge. The large bathroom is newly renovated with a sizable stand up shower and vanity. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults. Pets are allowed with prior approval. 2 pet maximum / $75 pet fee per pet.

** The studio and the balcony are strictly non-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke outside, right below the balcony **

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment and balcony. Keypad locks provide easy entry and check in.
We will provide detailed check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. For the safety of all guests and our team, we do not provide door codes prior to the day of arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located in historic downtown St. Augustine on St. George Street. Walking distance to nearly all attractions and sightseeing points of interest. Stone's throw away from some of the best restaurants and establishments in town.

Getting Around:
Walking is the best way to get around downtown. Old Town Trolley is also accessible (picks up just a few hundred yards from the apartment, at the City Gates). If you are planning to go to the beaches, you will need to drive.

Great little escape
I love St. Augustine and thought the location of this apartment was perfect. It was easy to walk wherever we wanted, including to the trolley stops. The apartment itself was a perfect respite at the end of the day. The space inside was laid out nicely and felt very homey. The little porch outside was perfect for a snack or coffee. The hosts were great!! They sent an email detailing where to park and how to get to the apartment that was easy to understand. They checked in to make sure everything was good and offered assistance if we needed it. We didn't, but I still appreciated the attention. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a getaway. Great location. Finding it was hard because they just closed off streets & the map wasn’t updated. So that was the only frustrating thing. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. We will go back.

This is an excellent place for a couple to stay if you truly want to enjoy St. George St, and historic downtown St. Augustine. Nice large fridge and wireless phone chargers!

The property was lovely to stay at and so close we felt like we were part of the action from the balcony. It was clean, well appointed and perfect for a short trip. Blankets were very comfy! If you are a light sleeper you might want to check to see if the road construction behind the property is complete. 6AM the banging started, even on the weekend.

Middle of action during day, quiet at night
I really appreciated the location. So close to so many restaurants, shops and to do's. At night was quiet and when we enjoyed the private balcony most. The studio was done so well. Even though it was mid summer, the temperature control was perfect and dehumidifier worked well. Comfy bed. Soooo glad we came upon this place and will stay there again.

Perfect location for St Augustine. We walked to many of the places we wanted to see. No kitchenette, but there is a microwave and fridge. Noisy in the morning with the town waking up but the bed was really comfortable. (Might be able to sleep through it if you’re a hard sleeper. ) Great little hideaway in town!

In Love!
Perfect spot nestled right between St. George and Spanish street. With the patio door open you could heat the acoustic music just down the street. Easy walk to all amenities we will be rebooking!
