My only real problem was road construction made it difficult to drive into hotel's parking. Should have been only a few minutes but took over 30 minutes to arrive. Hotel stated this had been going on for over 2 years. Had I known it was this bad would have not booked here.

Below average RedRoof. No t really sure what the Plus means… maybe it means a remodel gives paint over dirty walls plus plus some extra paint splatter for extra measure. Lobby looks like low budget medical clinic waiting room… very depressed appearance.check in counter has advertisement about 2 bedroom suites - I asked about them housekeeper NG person at counter just said, “we don’t have that” - why advertise what you don’t have. Room AC units very loud. Vending machines - ice= didn’t work, vending= takes money okay but does not deliver anything.

Awful hotel-don’t spend the money
Awful hotel, awful room. I paid -including tax-$200 for this room for one night. First, just to get checked in when I had a reservation, took almost ten minutes. Second, the room was pretty awful. It was obvious this hotel hasn’t been upgraded in many years. The furnishings were very old, chipped, seating was very old and uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable and when you laid down in the center, you would roll to the edge of the bed. I will never stay at this hotel again.

This would have been my first stay at the Red Roof Inn however the place was infested with roaches. I complained to the front desk who were kind enough to give me another room which also turned out to be infested with roaches. I had family in other rooms that also had roaches in their rooms. I traveled with children and this place is definitely not clean for anyone to sleep in. I had to get a refund and did not stay in this hotel.

They gave us a room for disabled, so the shower was very inconvenient. We had no water pressure in shower. The room was next to office there was alot of people coming in and out. When I bring it to the girl in the front attention, she told me that at least we will be safe because we were next to the office. Which made me feel like the place was not safe. Then the room Next to us had a dog who did not stop barking when I told the front office that I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep told me you can just check out. The TV didn't work no Internet and every time I bring something to the attention of the front desk i was told you can check out.

The cleaning was average. The photos of the hotel and the rooms shown do not correspond to the current situation. It needs repair and care in romms.There were no insistent guests during the stay.

Good for one night, could be improved a lot
Room was quite clean and service was ok. Room heater was not working, they took half an hour to fix it. There are other important but basic things that needs improvement - no exhaust fan in the bathroom, smell can become terrible. There was no closet. Beds were very high for older people. Need more lights in front of mirror.

The hotel was clean and affordable. The only drawback was the road construction going on in front of the entrance to the hotel: it made it hard to figure out how to get to the hotel. I also couldn't check in until 3. I had arrived at 2:30 but couldn't check in right away. That wasn't a big deterrent, just would've helped to know that beforehand.
