We love this pet friendly hotel. The shuttle.is easy and conveniently available to take you downtown. The breakfast is really good too.

The entire staff were all wonderful. very clean especially for pet friendly. We don't have pets and you would never know that a pet was ever in the room. the breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.

Not so good
Not so good. Toilet didn’t work properly. Side table drawers didn’t work. Room smelled musty. Looks like they are trying to renovate but not up to par. Refrigerator wasn’t turned on and took forever to cool. Wasn’t impressed with the breakfast area or selection. Didn’t eat there. Left early and won’t be back to that location ever.

We were assigned a room at the rear of the property on the 2nd flr far from the elevator and breakfast area. Mind you this is an older hotel so understandable. However, the sink by the bathroom leaked so we had to put a towel on the floor under it. The bathroom door could not be closed properly. No room safe, and luggage rack so we had to put it on the floor.

The room did not smell very good. The bedding was so thin we froze. The shuttle service was absolutely horrible. We were waiting for the shuttle and she drove right past us. So dissatisfied

The room had a very bad chlorine odor which cause our eyes to burn and gave each of us a headache. My breathing was also effected because I have COPD. Cleanliness is commendable, but this was an over kill. Staff did offer for us to change rooms if we wanted to check out the last available first floor room. We declined because we were too tired to pack up everything.

Dirty bed linens! This is our 3rd and last time staying here. Twice we’ve had issues with hair on the bed linens. Sheets were wrinkled as if they were never changed. The front desk ladies were nice to come to our room and change the sheets. Breakfast is not what it used to be. Such a disappointment. Will not be staying here again.

Free shuttle and breakfast were very nice. Close to attractions . Only recommendation is to have the TVs on the wall in the center of the bed as it was difficult to watch. Refrigerator did not work, but we did really not use it.

I dindn’t like the frame that the bed has, it’s bigger than the bed and you hit your feet when walking, I almost broke a toe I also didn’t like the noise in the breakfast area, the gentleman who serves you the food listens to the radio very loudly and only plays news, they should put music on or turn it off

Our room as soon as we opened the door smelt like mildew. The floors looked clean, but walking without shoes, the bottom of our sox were FILTHY. I don't think the corner by the window has been vacuumed or dusted in the past 6 months. The baseboards DEFINITELY need to be cleaned & painted. Also black mold in the shower. DEFINITELY NOT IMPRESSED!!!
