Horrible Experience
First off the hotel was sold off to Hilton!!! This was suppose to be downtown St Aug, city was in grid lock traffic, spent 3 hours looking for the Holiday Inn finally found out the the HI was sold to Hilton!! They then sent us out to another HI 7 miles away. Horrible vacation hoping to have a night lights in St Aug, spent the whole weeken in traffic.. Never saw the night lightsDesk person laugh at us!!

We had to hang a small blanket (which we brought) over the drapes to block out the bright lights in the parking lot. Room had 2 beds so we had 4 people and the bathroom was nice but tiny.

Great one night stay
It is clear this hotel was either recently built or renovated. It was modern and updated. No carpet in the rooms (YAY). Pillows were great and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is not near the old town of Saint Augustine, it took us 1 hour to go over the bridge, it looks nice and clean, but my granddaughters took off their shoes their feet were black i don't think they ever clean the floors. The door to the next room is very thin we could hear a man coughing like he was in our room.
