We enjoyed our anniversary weekend at this quaint & cozy inn. The king suite was spacious; with a comfy TV sitting room, full kitchen, nice-sized bedroom with comfortable bed, 2nd TV & closet, and serviceable bathroom. It was off-season, so i cant speak to the year-round quiet & privacy thst we enjoyed, but there was only one other unit directly adjacent to ours. The staff was very kind, courteous and helpful.
Our only negatives: the water had a strong odor, so bad that we had to use bottled water to brush our teeth, and we were cringing when washing our faces. While the place was cleaner than most motels, we did find a Q-tip in the bathroom windowsill and a layer of dust on the artificial plants above the kitchen cabinets. The small shower needs updating-there is no place to hang a washcloth, shower scrubbie or place shampoo, etc. and a hand-held shower attachment would be an inexpensive yet greatly appreciated upgrade.
I dont mean to emphasize the negative-overall, we loved our stay and would return. Please try to redolve the water issue-that's truly the only major problem. Thank you!
