This charming condo is located within a short drive to beautiful beaches to choose from - whether you want to surf or just put your toes in the water, it's all within driving range. Historic old St. Augustine welcomes you with trolly rides, shopping on St. Georges street, landmarks, festivals, holidays with Night of Lights, various boat tours. This was perfect for what I was wanting. It was not too close to downtown while still being able to get there within a reasonable amount of time everything was very clean very organized. I felt like we had everything at the condo that we would need and the guards at the gate were super helpful. Would love to stay again!

Lovely neighbourhood and condo has great amenities - pool, hot tub plus community center close by. Condo itself is a good size with everything we needed but quite dated with older carpet, furniture, tv, bathroom. Very responsive host.

Perfect Golf Getaway!
We stayed at La Terra last weekend so we could attend TPC. It was wonderful. Luba was extraordinarily generous in allowing us access early and her provisions in the condo were likewise welcome. My 7 year old was very happy to walk into a complementary can of Pringles!. The accommodations were spot on with the description. It was a bit of drive to Sawgrass, but we knew it would be and were ok with that. Being at the World Golf Village and close to it's amenities as well as St. Augustine were worth it. I am already looking at possible dates for a return. Would highly reccomend.

Great stay
My wife and I stayed at Luba's condo in September and we really enjoyed it. Luba was very responsive. Condo is clean and very neat and well supplied. We enjoyed it so much, that we came back in October for three weeks and again very pleased with our stay. I would strongly recommend staying here. The location is great and quiet. It was near to Publix, CVS, Walgreens and restaurants. Thank you Luba!

Lovely stay! Everything was so easy. The apartment was clean and quiet. The area is so green and peaceful. Close to old St. Augustine - it was so convenient for us. We enjoyed the pool downstairs and soaking in the hot tub. Truly a night in paradise! Only wish we could have stayed longer and plan to come back!
