Church Lane Cottage is a light and airy detached cottage with everything you need including the much needed parking in Mevagissey.

There is a lounge with separate dining room and a conservatory overlooking the pretty garden. The well equipped kitchen has all mod cons including a dishwasher and washing machine.
Upstairs there are two bright and cheerful bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a spacious bathroom with bath and shower.

There is Wifi throughout, Smart TV in the lounge allowing access on the Quick internet to watch Films etc on your Netflix. Apple TV in 2 rooms .
Playstation 2, Stereo Hifi with CD and Bluetooth audio link, so you can stream your own music from your device.

Outside, the good sized private garden is fully enclosed with Patio Table and chairs.

The property is just a short stroll to the harbour and the bustling village centre where you will find a selection of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, art galleries and the usual seaside fayre. In walking distance to the beach.

Great Location
The cottage is located just 5 mins walk to the quayside and restaurants. Lovely and clean, good technology too. The off street parking is especially handy as it saves on car parking. Overall it's a nice cottage and a great base for touring that part of Cornwall. Fantastic scenery and beaches abound. Recommended.

Perfect location
Such a lovely, well equipped cottage with everything needed for a stay and the location was just a short walk into the village of Megavissey...perfect! Thanks for the welcome pack on arrival (tea, milk, coffee & biscuits), house was spotlessly clean, beds were so comfy and we loved everything the house had to offer for our week's stay with our 2 boys and Staffie dog. We had an amazing week and the location was spot on...we would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in beautiful Mevagissey.

Lovely cottage
Great cottage in a beautiful place, very short walk into the harbour, lovely places to eat but my advice would be to book restaurants well in advance as we were unable to eat st several as they were booked up a week in advance which surprised me. Issues were dealt with promptly and charley who oversees tge cottage locally is lovely.

Perfect location for a seaside break!
The cottage has everything you could want. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Just a short stroll to the harbour, the location is ideal. Some great restaurants locally and several great takeaway options are available. I enjoyed the coastal path walking and sunrise strolls capturing some fabulous photos. Lots to visit in the area too. Looking forward to a return trip!

Lovely home, fantastic location.
Wonderful cottage in lovely location. We were so lucky to have great weather & with a large south facing decked terrace, it was a wonderful sun trap. With this, it would have benefited highly, to have had a parasol as there was no shade from the sun. The cottage itself had everything you could ask for, it was very well kept & clean throughout. However, the garden furniture was not. As lovely the garden furniture is, upon our arrival the outside furniture was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves before sitting in the lovely sunshine. Please don't take this as a negative, the cottage, location is absolutely fabulous it just requires 10 minutes of the cleaners time to clean the garden table & chairs & to provide a parasol for some much needed shade. I would most definitely come back for another visit. My mother & I had a wonderful weeks holiday.
