The stay was great and the staff was friendly and helpful! Our only issue was the shower did not get hot and it was very hard to turn on. It was room 134 I’m fairly sure.

First, I want to give kudos to all staff, all very helpful and friendly! Nice selection for breakfast. However, we had to change rooms because the refrigerator did not work. The ice machine did not work on our floor, so we had to get ice from another floor. You could only get internet by signing up to become a Hilton member. Had trouble doing that. The TV was not working properly and when we called the desk, they said they were having problems with it. There was a small blood stain on the top sheet, yuck! 😫 Air fresheners would be helpful in the rooms.

The pillows were miserable. They were too small for the bed and flat. I didn’t like the act that I couldn’t get clean wash clothes. I called down to the desk and ask for clean one and didn’t get them. The first morning no coffee

We have traveled here for years and stayed in same place. This trip we went to Outlaws concert at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater and this was close from hotel. We enjoyed our favorite restaurant Fratelli’s. We will be back!

The room wasn’t up to a normal Hampton hotel! The cost didn’t equal the quality of the room! The bathroom was small on space and the tub stopper was broken! There was no ice machine on the floor I was on! The hotel felt dated !
