This is our second time booking rooms for my family of 5 while visiting family in town. The two rooms were next to each other. (Perfect) The rooms were clean up to date and welcoming. Last minute reservation. Front desk room selection for us was perfect. Ground floor with outdoor courtyard access and building exit so we could easily take our dog for walks. Unfortunately all around the surrounding grassy areas had garbage scattered; looks like it came from Arbuda Dham based on the food garbage I walked around. Room was spacious. Beds were soft for my preference. My son went to the pool. He said it was a little small yet water was lukewarm. Overall, a great set up for dogs and a good value that is about a 7 minute drive to downtown St. Charles.

The stay at this hotel was underwhelming. Our room had shampoo and conditioner installed in the bathroom, but both were empty. The room is advertised with having a jacuzzi. But it doesn’t come with one. Just a bath tub. I also asked for a crib, because they advertise they offer some. And was given a pack and play that is way too low for a newborn to go in. When I brouhht this up to the staff they looked at me like I was crazy. And lastly, as delicious as breakfast is. The ladies serving it are very rude and seemed like they just cared to get a tip. Will definitely be saving myself some money next time and staying in any other hotel in the area.
