The parking lot was covered in ice. It was not cleaned near the cars. I fell down and hurt myself. I had to go to the ER. They need to pay more attention to the parking lot

The bathroom was dirty and the heat would not go above 64 in my room. It was 20 degrees outside. Additionally, must’ve changed to a different laundry detergent as my eyes were swollen shut when I awoke. I travel there for business 1-2 days per week, I will not stay again

I liked this stop so well that I stopped there going east and returning west. It's set on a hillside off well off the motorway so is both convenient and safe. Towels are fairly fluffy (my test of quality surroundings) and the complimentary breakfast included omelets. A good choice for the economical traveller.

Stay was great however the website gave incorrect information, there is no pool or hot tub, requested a queen bed and got a full size. Other than great everything was great!! The staff has the hotel all decorated for Halloween and even did a trunk or treat for the kiddos!!!
