We didn't get the family suite and wasnt told until we got there. But, they were very kind and gave us 2 deluxe joining rooms for the same price; and gave us 20$ coupon at The Green Mill next door for the inconvenience.

Bathtub should be replaced as it had a small hole in it and some rust around the drain. A couple of places inbetween the beds that the carpet was snagged. The bottom of the bathroom door needs repair or new door as it had significant damage. Some touchup on some of the furniture . There was some staining that needed done and polyurethane repair needed. There were painting needed to be done (touchups)in hallway.Small maintenance issues but should be ongoing care taken.The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet and clean. A would stay here again. VERY convenient access to parking and convention center.

Weird room with 1 chair only. Dirty sheets. The room was really long and the TV was super small sitting far away from the bed. The room was so weird it had 2 separate air conditioners. I think it was a remodel. The 1 chair was soooooo uncomfortable. The bed sheets had tried stains on it.

This is a solid choice in the middle of the city with plenty of parking and decent, if not exceptional, amenities. The staff was excellent and the attached restaurant serves well and just what you want at all hours. It feels like a mid-tier property, with plastic cups, thin towels and no maid service during a three night stay. You get what you pay for.

Short walk to the Rivers Edge center, The river walk was nice to walk. The rooms were a bit plain and bordering a need of a remodel, especially the shower/bath tub. I would recommend this hotel and will return.
