Comfortable family hotel
Very nice accommodating staff. Clean comfortable rooms. living area of suite a little smaller than expected, but it worked out ok. Breakfast was great with lots of space and seating plus food options. Highly recommend.

There were several people waiting in line upon check-in but the woman working the front desk was really nice. The first room I was assigned to was DIRTY and the heat did not work properly. The sheets on the bed were not clean, and there was hair all over the bathroom. The heating unit was loud and was set to run constantly. If I turned it off the blower would continue but would blow cold air. I had to unplug it to stop the noise and prevent it from being freezing cold in the room. There was a guy, who I believe was maintenance, at the front desk when I asked to be moved. I was on my way out so he made a note of my request and told me they would handle it. When I returned another gentleman was at the front desk and he seemed to have a hard time understanding why I didn't want to stay in a dirty and cold room. He assigned me to a new room, never apologized, or offered a discount to make it right. Quite frankly, he was rude and appeared upset by my request. The second room was just as bad. I went to the store and purchased my own cleaning products to make it acceptable for my stay. I travel to this area for work often and I guarantee I will never stay here again. I don't recommend you do either.

Our last work trip to St. Cloud
This is a nice hotel. We have stayed at a few hotels in St Cloud and this one is my favorite. The place is very clean. It looks as if it has recently been renovated. The beds are comfortable. The hot tub is top notch. Breakfast was consistently good as well. When the snow came they immediately had the sidewalks and parking lot cleared. It’s clear that whomever is running this place is meticulous and detail oriented.

The bathroom needed a complete overhaul. Floor corners were rusty and dirty. Front of tub had layets if something on it. Tub was scratched and poorly repaird. Very stained. Didnt drain.

I love this location because I have seen i in Its glory days. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel really respects the privacy of the residents. I appreciate that. The cleanliness of the property has drastically changed. The rooms are not clean. The bed making is questionsble. Sometimes i look st thr bed and i can see the blankets all bunched up under the sheets. There have been times when I have thought the pillos cases and sheets have not been charged. This level of disregard can come from two places first place: They simply dont car hence I have walked by rooms the door is open snd certain types if individuals think it is ok to talk on your phone or watch tv. That reflects very poorly on the individuals hiriring them then not managing them or just arent around at all.I will say these extremely sincerely when i say I find the level of professionalism,pride,and care. Chris is a very important asset. He takes initiative tochelp get things done. The office area,front desk,and dining area spotless. He is very enjoyable to be around. He looks ouke he lives his and that is super important. If someone was trying to book a stay hes informational, patient and really listen to the the guests have to say. Me as a habitual return guest. This trip it was so cold. One night i was checking some stuff out in my car because the battery was completely drained. So I was checking lights in my trunk.one of my lights needed a repair he stepped in to help with a smile. He has a kind heart.

My reviews of country inn have always been pristine up untilvmy recent stays. As a person whovis here quite a bit. 11 days in the summer and here again on my 3rd night. I see none of the rewards offered at other hotels. I have spent thousands in just the past 4 months with mot 1 free night earned. Im paying a ridiculous $50 fee per night because i pay with a debit card and not a credit card which everyone I talk to has never heard of such a thing. The times I have been here is because of homelessness.I bought a nice flower decoration from the staff for Thanksgiving and it was completely unnoticed. No thank you or causual small talk of wishing each other a happy a d safe Thanksgiving. The report at this location has gone sour. With the exception of one person, her name is Mary. She is a jem. Christine is quite lovely as well. Everyone else straight faced and not friendly at all. Im not sure what has happened but the environment has drastically changed and I hope things will change. Its a shame to have such a beautiful place dulled with unpleasantness

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for a week and had a nice buffet breakfast every morning. Also a great location with a big variety of restaurants, shopping, and freeway access a block away! Thank you to all the staff for making us feel welcome and comfortable!!
