The carpets were disgusting. There was paint peeling in the room. The eggs were cold and rubbery. The entire hotel was poorly maintained. I will not be staying at a Ramada again.

I was very happy with our stay. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only downside was that the elevator was broken and we were on the second floor with a lot of luggage to unload from our car.

Our second stay here and we enjoyed it again. The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed (microwave fridge). The breakfast is a big bonus for us - eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit, yogurt, toast and bagels. We find the location very good for moving around town although it is right by a major intersection, so not especially pedestrian friendly. Food options in the area are fine - a bit of local restaurants and some fast food. No one's gonna starve!

Standing in the rain.
The hotel had an emergency alarm go off at 4 in the morning. I get that it was an alarm and that happens but it was raining and everyone was outside. They didn’t tell anyone anything, they just left everyone standing in the rain. I think people finally said forget it and went back to their rooms. There was no communication from the hotel.

The fire alarm went off the last night we were there at 4:30 am. We got out and stood outside for about 10 minutes but no one came to tell us it was ok to go back in. We never knew what happened but no fire trucks came either?
