Whole property is ran down, beds are old and squeak, burn marks in the sheets, spots on the mattress, room smells, can’t turn the ac on because someone is smoking weed outside and the smell comes into the room. If I hadn’t prepaid for this room, my family and I would be leaving. Stay far away from this place.

I recently contacted the hotel to speak with the manager, but Miguel informed me that he couldn't disclose the manager's name. After multiple attempts to reach someone at the hotel, with no response, I escalated the issue to corporate. This was the first time in all my travels that I’ve experienced a hotel failing to answer their phone. To make matters worse, the sink in our room was leaking, leaving water all over the bathroom floor. Without notifying us or requesting permission, the staff entered our room to address the issue. After attempting to fix it, they proceeded to accuse us of lying about the problem. This has been the most disappointing hotel experience I’ve ever encountered.

Extremely well worn, poorly upkept room, holes in the bathroom wall, major paint overspray on the tile floor, gobs of white caulk all over the bathroom which looked to have been sloppily applied by an uncaring ignoramus, wrong switch in the vanity/sink area, I could go on and on . . . .

Worst hotel ever stayed in,
The tub was clogged, towels were dirty, when going to the front desk for help, they were smug and unfriendly. Let them know I would leave an honest review and just said go ahead, obviously I am not a first complaint, DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!

Dont stay here!
Do not stay here. This place is filthy, the mattress was caved in and we had ants in our room. I also think some people actually live here. The person above us let their child ride their scooter back and forth and scream till all hours of the night. Rooms next door were out smoking weed and having a party right outside our door. This is by far, the WORST place I've ever stayed at! We barely slept and felt unsafe.

I was charged a huge fee after my booking price l because of a misunderstanding between the property management and myself. They stated I who was in violation of one of the rules about having pets on the property, must pay immediately or leave. Before they even contacted me they tried to run my card two separate times for a different amount. Clearly, a money grab for sure.

Customer service staff named Katrina does not belong in hospitality industry. I went to the front desk to let them (manager and Katrina) know that i booked thru Expedia a king size bed and not a 2 queen bed (its actuallt a double sized bed and not queen). She said tv is broken and the queen beds are more expensive (which was untrue cuz i booked a king bed for me and my husband and a 2 "queen bed" under my sister's name for the same day and i knew the cost. Katrina responded: Either you take that or go find another hotel! (At late night??) Instead of apologizing for not giving me the room i paid. She doesn't belong in customer service department. In housekeeping..yes. my husband who was more offended went to the front desk to confront her because he believes that if i am caucasian like him, i won't be treated that way, but she wasnt there. So he got the manager to make sure Katrina gets the message. I believed too its a racial descrimination.

Needs up grade and repair. Tile on bathroom floor not only broken but some places no tile. Broken towel rack on wall. Worn out towels. The check in girl was not friendly. There was still a Covid shield up at the front desk.

Moldy, no safety lock, and rundown.
This hotel is rundown. There was mold, only one light worked, the others had no bulbs in them. The door safety chain was broken and falling apart from the wall, the bathroom tiles were shattered and moldy, the AC wouldn't cool the room. The sink handle wasn't attached and was not usable. The room smell was nauseating.Their "breakfast" is stale cereal with no milk. Staff did absolutely nothing to help. When I pointed out the problems, the front desk clerk told me "F**k You" which shows the lack of any professional skills, let alone zero social skills.
