Escape the cold and snow and come enjoy sunny St George! This newly remodeled St. George retreat is the perfect fit for small or large groups seeking a relaxing place to enjoy a little piece of paradise.

Our generous-sized 4 bedroom 2 bath suite is fully equipped with everything you could need for a great vacation. With over 1000 square ft of space, you can bring the whole family and still have room to enjoy one another.

We have truly tried to make this property a "home away from home". When you're tired of eating out at some of the great restaurants just minutes from the resort, you can dive into the BBQ located on the back porch. For longer stays, laundry machines are available in the unit to keep you clean and feeling good.

Things to Note:

*We do not provide propane for the BBQ but often there are some left over from previous guests

*We do not provide coffee or coffee filters but there are often some left over from previous guests

*We do not provide a working ice maker

*We are also a non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the resort. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in immediate termination and fees of up to $450.

*Please let us know if there is anything during your stay that is broken or not working properly. We are unable to know what is and isn't working without your voice. Thank you!

*We provide 8 pool towels. If used, we ask that you wash and dry them before departure. Any missing towels result in a $35 fee per missing towel.

*Our nightly price is good for up to 12 people. Any amount over that (Even if they are visiting in the day) is an extra $25 per person, per day. Just let us know!

Spacious Las Palmas Unit
We loved staying at the "Mansion" at Las Palmas. The unit has been updated and was very clean and spacious. Instructions were clear for check-in/out and we didn't have any issues, so cannot give feedback as those services were not needed. Will stay again with our family of 7.

Great property and location
We stay at Las Palmas a couple times a year. This is one of the nicer units we have stayed in. It overlooks the bluff. Comfortable accommodations, clean, and spacious. We enjoy the multiple pools, hot tubs, and recreation. The road runner outside is a favorite of ours! Would definitely stay again!

Poorly managed and maintained unit
I have stayed in many Las Palmas units before, this was the worst one ever. It is obvious the owners put very little into updates; bathrooms are old with poorly draining toilets, sinks and tubs, rusty shower rods, missing closet handles, wrinkles in carpet, cracked mirrors, sliding doors don't work and paint or cabinets is chipped. We found dirt inside drawers and cupboards. Ice maker didn't work, but no ice cube trays, We booked a two week stay for 7 people, but there were very few towels or hangers. Initially, only 3 of us were there, so after two days before the other 4 arrived, I sent an email politely listing issues we had found to address. Management did bring more towels and hangers and sent a handyman to change porch light and try to clean drains (didn't work). When we later found no sheets for the fold-out couch and messaged the host, we got a curt response that they couldn't supply them. After I messaged again that the sink still didn't drain and wifi wasn't working (it was a password problem), I got a call from the manager who told me I was one of the worst and most demanding guests she'd ever had. In a relatively long conversation where she made excuses and tried to shame me for expecting a standard service, she even called my email communication "violent" (VRBO can review my emails to refute that) I finally hung up. I have never had a complaint about me from a VRBO host, and have never been treated by a host with such disdain and disrespect. We spent more than $

It was really clean for an older place. The sinks in the bathrooms are slow to drain but they do drain. it would have been such a nice stay if someone below us wasn’t renovating 😬. But.. they made sure it wasn’t during quiet hour so that’s good. A BIG shout out to the property manager.
