Left a bit confused! We'd booked a 3 bedroom but given 2 bedroom on arrival 'as we had just 4 people'. No explanation provided. Sure 2 bedroom was big enough and lots of space but still felt confused and kids were looking forward to having their own room. Had all equipment needed. Just outdated and dusty artificial furnishings.

Clean, comfortable and with facilities that suited our needs. The Bellini stove top needed more simple instructions and an arrow to the cooker switch. Wifi password wasn’t displayed. I’m sure they will throw out the toaster that did t work and repair the tap, which the manager pointed out was broken, but usable.

it was quite there and reasonably well run it had a new kitchen but one of the drawers didnt shut which was annoying im from a building background and would not of accepted this as a finished job but overall was ok

Well priced and basic unit with heating and aircon. It was a pleasant check in experience. It had what I needed to cook dinner for the family and wash our camping clothes (even some laundry powder, which was appreciated). The couches were comfortable and the table seated the four of us. My only criticism is that the bed was hard and pillows too high and hard. I considered unpacking my camping mat! Also - it’s on a pretty busy road. No traffic noise overnight, but during daylight hours the sound of cars is pretty constant.

We had a great reception lady at desk… rooms look very nice.. a couple of minor details were missed in cleaning I.e. dirty sock on fire extinguisher and under couch cushions had a bottle top and lots of grit..over all was a great stay, will be back again.
