Grossly misrepresented. Says the property is 6.5miles from the amphitheater…it’s 55 miles to the venue. Druggies sitting in cars in the parking lot throughout the night. NOT a good scene.

The room smelled of cigarettes even though they tried to cover it up with excessive air freshener. Air conditioner was extremely loud, so it was difficult to hear the TV, or have conversations, or sleep. There was also a hole in the bathtub that we were not aware of until my wife took a bath and someone knocked on our door to ask as to drain it immediately because it was leaking water to the unit below us. They did not offer us or the other guests to move to another room. It was a good thing we were only staying two nights.

I liked the area.. but the TV's don't work right in some of the rooms that I stayed in. And I had issues with two different tenants that brought in aggressive dogs. I feel like there should be a manager on duty to help keep the place secure and safe. Otherwise, the staff that I met were amazing!

First, there is no actual human at this location in the evening. There is a guy on a computer screen in the Philippines conversing with you from a monitor. His English is fine, this new way takes a little getting used to but was ok. The rooms of course smelled of cigarette smoke, my experience at all “budget” motels lately. The smell was not the main issue however. One of the bed’s sheets were full of dog hair, both bed’s sheets had hair of some kind on them. The A/C worked. The TV was not working, at all-in the entire motel. I also kept getting a message that the wifi needed the router to be restarted. Well, with no actual person running the place, there was no one in the office to restart it. By morning a very nice human was in the office, very apologetic and refunded part of the fee for the room.
