Great house, great view
Everything was beautiful and a 5 star house. The only complaint was the mattress in the master ( opposite side from the pool). Needs to be replaced.

Amazing Property
We had 4 couples in Southern Breeze and we all loved the property. The accommodations were perfect. The bedrooms were large and the en suite in each was well appointed. The start up supplies provided by the rental agent were a plus. The kitchen as well equipped with spices and plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils. The pool was nice but a little cool to swim in. The views from every window was beautiful. I would highly recommend this property and Catered To Vacations rental agent.

Excellent!
Property was beautiful, excellent view, well equipped, very clean and the outdoor showers off the masters on the top floor were out of this world!
The management of Southern Breeze at Catered To was exceptional
and the islanders on St John could not have been nicer, friendlier or more helpful!
Courtesy Car Rentals was super easy to work with and the t-shirts, Kayak rentals and advice from St John Beach Bum were fantastic!
Thanks St John USVI and VRBO for another wonderful family experience!

Wonderful Vacation!
The property is beautiful, inside and out. It has a great location and is very well stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful view. Hoping to return to St. John and we will stay here again!

Care free stay!
The Villa was outstanding! Fully stocked kitchen, boasting beautiful views from its wrap around patio and pool. Spacious living quarters, private baths it was a home away from home. Staff was prompt and courteous checking in on us initially during and after our stay. Chauffeured us right off the ferry to the villa. Close to Cruz Bay and not hard to find but a full fun ride is STJ roads. Beach Chairs coolers ice machine noodles were all stocked. King beds and stocked snorkel gear would be all I could see that was missing from this luxurious stay!! Thank you Villa Point Rendezvous!!
