Unit is completely insulated. It sleeps 2. Outside Kitchenette with small Frig, Hot Plate, and Microwave. 55" LG TV with YouTubeTV. Starlink WI-FI. Enclosed outside bathroom with hot water shower with hot water and flushing toilet (We have eliminated the composting toilet and now have a flush!). Secluded Island Living with proximity to town.
