My stay was truly great Only thing I found was there is a smell in certain areas of the hotel and I believe it's due to the carpet being old.

We were on the 4th floor woth a view of the parking lot. It was very noisy on Sat night and didnt queit down past two the morning. Also no elevator service to the 4th floor so you gotta take the stairs from the 3rd floor. That said, location and the cost for the stay were excellent.

We've stayed at the Murray Premises a number of times now and just love it. The staff are so friendly and efficient. The rooms are always so clean, cozy, and comfortable at a decent price! Looking forward to another stay next month!

Our king suite was adjacent to a conference area with evening meetings and lots of noise, thin walls. Room was kind of shabby in our opinion. Bathroom walls had paint peeling off them at base of tub.

We were there for a wedding at The Gypsy Tea Room. It was super convenient. Very basic Continental Breakfast but it did the job. I had asked for a room on the 1st floor because I didn't want to deal with stairs. I was told through an email they would try to accommodate. We ended up having to walk up stairs to get to our room. Also, while the jacuzzi tub is great, there were no grab bars! There's also a shallow step up to the tub. Very dangerous IMO. A friend had a handicap room & there were grab bars in their room. There should be grab bars in all the rooms. If you're hoping for a cot, they do not have them.

I booked the room in part because it had a beautiful big bathtub but we never got to use it because the plug was broken. We reported the problem and were told it would be fixed the next day but it wasn’t. Otherwise it was a lovely stay but that one detail was a disappointment.

We appreciated the move to a nicer, very spacious room with a view in a very quiet wing of the hotel. The hotel needs some upgrades…bed was very comfortable but the bedding was quite worn. The carpets need cleaning or replacing. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The location was excellent and the parking a bonus.
