Great Stay!
We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Small issue with the curtain that was quickly resolved. Curtains and bedding were dated but clean as was the rest of the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were very helpful. We had to move rooms because of a problem with stairs. They were very accommodating and found us another room. In this room the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned and were offered another room but we opted to have a better cleaning done. Could use some updates to carpets, etc.

The Murray Premises was definitely a nice treat. Room was very spacious with a king bed, seating area, fireplace, jetted tub and more. i loved the rustic charm! Staff was wonderful, and continental breakfast included. And the price was on point! Probably one of the best hotels ive stayed at.

Located in downtown area, making it walkable to dining, shops, and the Mary Brown’s Centre (sports complex). Vehicle parking on hotel premises. Felt very safe with Hotel and parking both gated areas, requiring key card access to enter after 9pm. Great continental breakfast included with several food and beverage choices. Building has an interesting history with beautifully aged brick and timber frame interior structures. Only negative is my pillow. It was made with small pieces of foam, which was somewhat uncomfortable. Staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Murray Premises twice now and would absolutely stay here again. The location is excellent with easy access by foot to Water Street and George Street. The hotel has lots of character. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the added touch of the tower dryer in the bathroom.

Great stay. Very reasonable price for a large but cosy attic room, complete with a fireplace, and a jetted bathtub. Breakfast was included but was pretty basic for the quality of the hotel, but everything else was great!
