Very enjoyable stay-clean and lovely home
3 generations of adults stayed together to visit my daughter and her family in St Joe. We were centrally located for all planned activities. Easy to get around town. The house is perfect with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. We enjoyed cooking a meal, hanging out together, watching TV and visiting. The extra space for parking was nice. There was even a welcome book and snacks available when we checked in. This beats hotel rooms for the obvious price but offers so much more. Great family memories!!! Looking forward to staying again in the future!!!

We had a family reunion nearby and needed a spot to sleep. This duplex provided a comfortable touchdown space. Everyone slept well and we enjoyed that there were 3 bathrooms. Multiple bathrooms is always a win! The host is very detailed and communicative.

We will definitely stay here again. We were back visiting family and this was a convenient spot and easy to get to. The duplex was clean and spacious. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and accomodative to our requests. We were very comfortable staying here.

Accommodations were just right for what we needed for the weekend. Enjoyed the space and cleanliness. Only concern was the use of air freshener plug-ins and scent sticks that overwhelmed the space, and caused allergy reaction for a couple of us.

The queen bed in the main floor is in desparate need of a replacement as it is sunken in the middle. Wife and I are unable to get decent sleep due to this. Other than that the property was nice and clean and things worked as expected. Other guests in our group were also happy with the property.

Perfect stay for Chiefs Training Camp
6 of us stayed at this duplex. We were in town for two days of KC Chiefs training camp. The property was just as described, very clean and just what we needed. It was super close to the places we needed to go and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We didn’t have any problems or questions during our stay so we didn’t have the opportunity to interact with the property manager, but there was a welcome guide that answered questions that we may have had. There were some snacks/water when we arrived which was a nice touch as well. The beds were comfortable and there were enough bathrooms to accommodate our group. Overall, we were happy. The ONLY complaint we would have is specific to groups like ours with noisy kiddos. The sound carries like crazy, but if you don’t have obnoxious kiddos like ours, you’ll be A-Ok, lol. We would love to stay in the future when we are back for training camp!

We have a large family and this place accommodated us all. Very well maintained and clean with the exception of a few dust bunnies under the beds and sofa. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to wherever you needed to go. Loved that it had 3 bathrooms. Nicely updated. Absolutely loved that there was a garage. Overall, excellent place to stay. Would definitely recommend.
