Usually I like Stoney creek . Booked for 6 nights I called and asked to make sure hot tub was working ( we have rental houses in town ) but I thought that the hot tub would make it worth it to stay because it’s so freezing there . We came from Florida . Was broken the entire stay :( so sad !!! Also bathroom was moldy ( not a huge deal it’s an older place ) and I had to basically beg for more towels and toilet paper .. they give you 3 there’s 4 of us . Other than that their breakfast is good and I like Stoney creek but not sure what was up last week .

I chose this property over others because it had a hot tub and pool for my teenager. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub was broken down the whole 3 nights we were there. Big bummer because other hotels close to my uncle's had bigger beds and were less expensive but did not have the hot tub/pool. The hotel was clean and close to my uncle's.

Stoney Creek Hotel saved the day. We came to St. Joseph, Missouri to see the Mosaic Mural art installation for my grandsons 10th birthday. For reasons unknown to us, the art work was missing the section that my grandson participated in. After a 5 hour drive across 2 States, we were all tired and cranky. We would have never guessed something like this would happen, and we didn’t have a back up plan. Thank goodness we chose Stoney Creek for our overnight stay. The heated indoor/outdoor pool came to the rescue. The kids loved this hotel. Beautiful koi ponds and the Big Buffalo in the courtyard made for perfect pictures and the free breakfast the next morning was top notch. The kids enjoyed the pancake machine and the adults loved relaxing by the fireplace. You seriously saved our trip Stoney Creek and staff. We will return soon and hopefully see the completed art installation and look forward to some more fun in the pool.

Stoney Point is a beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds, well kempt. Nice swimming pool. Pet friendly with a fee. Yummy breakfast
