The front desk staff are eager to serve but need better training. The Concierges are the all time winners at this Hotel. Ask for George as he went out of his way to assist me even on his day off. How cool is that! Food in lobby restaurant is excellent and priced fairly. Bar is fully loaded. Breakfast buffet quite adequate and staff there on the ball to serve. Rooms are spacious with necessary balconies. But this place is a monster. And when conventions are here a bit of a mad house.

Beautiful property and I had a lovely time. There was always one elevator not working and I almost missed my tour, because I had to wait 15-30 minutes for an elevator. Most of the staff was nice but there were a couple of waiters who were rude or tended to others who came in after me. I would stay again but only have breakfast vs other meals there.
