Checking in took quite a while. I was told I was accidentally refunded a $50 charge and was asked to look up my credit card from my phone to see if I could see the refund. I was actually charged an additional $50, but was told it wouldn't go through and that I could stop by the front desk the following day to be sure. I did just that and was reassured I was not overcharged. I ended up being overcharged and had to call corporate to get a refund - just took extra time out of my day, sort of a nuisance. I also tried calling the hotel directly after the charge actually went through and I could not reach the hotel desk. Our room smelled like urine. If we kept the bathroom door closed, it wasn't too bad. But being inside the bathroom was almost unbearable. The floor was dirty. The door deadbolt would not work. The TV was not easy to use and we struggled finding the guide. Several channels came up as not available. The gym was decent but there were no antiseptic wipes or cleaners to clean the equipment with. The breakfast was okay and there was free filtered water. We were only staying overnight to be close to a nearby facility the next morning, otherwise I would have asked to move rooms. I debated between this and another hotel. I went with this one just because it was cheaper. I would have paid more for a cleaner and less messy experience for sure.

Very disappointed. We used to stay there every concert trip. But new ownership, not to great anymore. We had stayed 2 times after new ownership and it was just horrible for us. We never had any trouble with getting a clean room before new ownership. So we did give it a shot. But it just didn’t work out for us.

When I arrived the front desk said I had to pay a 50 dollar hold on my card which I have never had to do before they said it just started this week no notice then my room was horrible very outdated no furniture the furniture that was there was old and dirty couch orange with foot prints on it the bedroom tv was broke sound no picture called front desk he said he couldn’t do anything my visit was very sad I wasted money whole hotel needs updated badly

Washroom exhaust fan was not working. Ironing broad broken. No regular tea bags available all three days Worse breakfast quality. Same breakfast in 2 days row. Drinking cold water was not available in the breakfast area. Room was not cleaned till 4 to 5 pm
