Hideaway Hotel

You could smell how clean the hotel was as soon as you entered, a huge plus when not knowing what to expect. The front desk employees were all so very friendly. We got a room with 2 queen beds and the room was still spacious. Water pressure in the shower was decent. Pool looked clean, my son went swimming a few times and said water was freezing (but again we were visiting in March) and no hot tub. The breakfast offered in the morning was good and warm. I’d stay again.

Property was clean & well maintained. Staff was incredibly friendly & helpful. Only drawbacks is the beds are hard & not that comfy. They also dont have a luggage carrier so if you have an extended stay with big bags or are the only one able to carry bags its a lot

The doors to the rooms slam unless carefully closed by the occupant and that happened until late at night. The room was nice and clean and had everything that i was looking for. Breakfast seemed a bit shy, but it was fine. I would stay again and have before.

Hotel needs to fire everyone and start over

It was awful It was disgusting, so filthy, noisy, employees except Joe were awful. We never got breakfast because we had to leave before it was done. It was supposed to be done at 6 we waited till 6:30. And we tried bagels which were like rocks l, the juice had fermented l. Coffee was gross. There were chips everywhere, kids running in hallways, banging on doors, employees were rude. Except Joe, got hung up on twice. This hotel needs to hire Joe as the manager and fire everyone else and get better employees who know how to clean. This hotel needs to show employees how to clean, we drove 14 hours for this. We got there one of there live in employees was having a pool party, so loud and get to. Catch a clue don’t stay here ever.
