The staff at the counter all were extremely nice and made sure everyone and everybody was takin care of. The room we were in was clean and nice plenty of room. As far as the area we were in, we felt very safe!

Its was great. Kids loved the pool. And the fact they eat bfast in their pj's and didnt have to leave to get bfast. Beds were comfortable. Friendly and very poliet staff. Only thing was when we first got there the room smelled a little funny. But the smell was gone in a little time.

Upon check in I was informed that I would be charged a pet fee of $20 I explained to the man at the customer service desk that I read through the description and that was not listed he said it was on their website I said I booked through hotels.com. After check out my parents told me that they had forgotten two items (a pillow and a man’s dress shirt) I called the hotel and explained what had happened he then said that if the found the items they would put them aside (I told him I was planning on staying with them again upon our return home since we drive to our destination) I replied “if” I said we are a 100% sure the items were left there they should be found not if, he then became angry and said not to speak to him that way I said no I’m not speaking to you in any way I’m simply saying that the items are there, he said well then next time learn to take your items then he hung up. I’m absolutely shocked at his behavior.

The first room we were put it was dirty. They moved us to the room next door to that. It smelled like weed/mold it didn't smell good. The closest door was broken and creepy. It didn't feel clean

Parking was limited at best, beds were a little softer than a rock, nothing available to eat at 9PM and after. They tried to make a copy of my ID. The entire facility felt damp. Smelled like burned plastic and cigarettes even though it's a non smoking facility. Not a single drink vending machine in the entire facility so if you're thirsty you're out of luck.
