The room and lobby were really nice, with convenient access to the parking garage. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast as well. The room was very humid, so much so that the sheets felt damp. I called the front desk, but there were no other rooms for us to move to.

We travel often but this hotel had a consistent vibe of welcoming, engaging, beautiful energy emitting from staff me members. Beginning with Pat at the front Desk to O in Maintenance. Your breakfast was a wonderful added included amenity. Cost effective for the public as well at $10.95. We will be making this our #1 hotel as we visit our son at Wash U. Thank you everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

My son goes to Saint Louis University, we visited St Louis quiet often and tried many hotels. Although the hotel is 12 minutes away from school, we would not stay in any other hotel. Most rooms have been renovated, central AC, all hotel areas are very clean and pleasant. Bathrooms are new with smart features like shower and mirrors. Breakfast is included and outstanding, freshly made omelets and waffles, plus a large selection of other breakfast dishes. Pool indoor and outdoor are heated and open until late hours. Plenty of free parking in the facilities.

Nice stay. Overall the property was clean and the service was excellent. The shower was really nice and the breakfast much better than most complimentary breakfasts. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

The room itself was awesome. However, the main shower did not work and the pull out couch was busted. We did call the front desk and let them know and all they said was the shower will get fixed the next morning and that they would bring a roll out bed in lieu of the pull out. Nobody showed and nothing was acknowledged.

Exterior first impression: this is an old hotel. Parking garage: yikes. Old and dirty. But it is attached and free! Opinion changed when we got into the hotel. It smelled good and was clean. Then when you get to the lobby, the main entrance, wow!. Huge gorgeous chandeliers and it's really nice. The attached restaurant only serves breakfast, at least when we were there. It is free, so it's also crowded. Most of it is buffet style, with a made to order waffle and omelette counter. You don't order, all the options are laid out. The staff working in the restaurant deserve tips and there are boxes set out for that purpose .There are always messes to clean up and with so many people in there--they work hard.
